For women aged 20–40 navigating marriage, motherhood, identity shifts and overwhelm, and ready to rediscover their strength, confidence, and purpose.

You became a mother and feel like you lost your identity.
You got married young and feel disconnected from your dreams.
You live in a different country and feel isolated or unsupported.
You constantly compare yourself to others and feel “not enough.”
You love your family — but you also miss yourself.
You feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted.
You want to feel confident again… but don’t know where to start.
You are simply navigating one of the most challenging transitions in a woman’s life.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
Most coaching programs focus on women in midlife.
But what about the young women?
The young mothers?
The women in their 20s and 30s going through identity shifts right now?
This is the stage where:
Confidence is fragile
Identity is evolving
Responsibilities multiply
Dreams feel paused
Support feels limited
And too many women wait decades before rebuilding themselves.
Valbona believes you shouldn’t have to wait until you are 40 or 50 to rediscover who you are.

Mother of three.
But before that…
I was a 20-year-old bride who moved to a new country in 2003, alone, homesick, and overwhelmed. I left my family behind. I had to rebuild from scratch. I went from working in an office with a business degree to working in a coffee shop. I studied English at night. I gave birth, and two days later sat an English exam. I rebuilt my education. Earned my Business & HR degree in the UK. Worked for 10 years as an NHS interpreter. Worked in retail. And for the last six years, I’ve worked in a secondary special needs school supporting neurodiverse children.
But the biggest turning point of my life came when my son was diagnosed with autism.
I was 27. I had never even heard the word properly. When I opened the diagnosis folder and read, “There is no cure,” my world collapsed. It took me two years to even say the word “autism” out loud.
I felt isolated. Disconnected. Different from other mothers. Overwhelmed. Lost.
And that is why I do this work. Because I know what it feels like to lose yourself. And I know what it takes to rebuild.
